A few things to keep in mind
The upside of this high-density setup is that it heats up incredibly fast. Like, really fast. But there’s a catch. The bends in the wire are the most stressed parts. If you bend the fiber too sharply, you might snap the filaments. That spikes the resistance and kills the wire way sooner than it should. Make sure your mounting brackets are supportive—don’t pinch the wire. And if you’re pushing for max wattage, just double-check that your power supply can handle that first big surge of current when you turn it on.
