At 1000W spread across nearly 30 inches, you aren’t dealing with annoying hotspots. It’s just a smooth, consistent heat. We built this specific length for the big stuff—industrial ovens or drying tunnels where you have a lot of ground to cover. The goal was simple: get the heat up quickly, but make sure the lamp actually lasts. Why carbon fiber? Here’s the thing about carbon fiber: it doesn’t sag or warp when things get hot, unlike traditional metal coils. It also pushes infrared radiation deeper into whatever you’re heating. Instead of just scorching the surface and waiting forever for the middle to warm up, the heat actually penetrates. Plus, they handle vibration much better than those fragile, thin-filament lamps.
